Key point: The Platform is non-custodial. We do not collect or store private keys, wallet credentials, or personal financial information. Most Platform interactions occur directly between your wallet and the blockchain.

  • Wallet Address: When you connect your wallet to use the Platform, we receive your public wallet address. This is publicly visible blockchain data.
  • Communications: If you contact us (Discord, Twitter, email), we collect the information you provide in those communications.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the Platform.
  • Technical Data: Browser type, device information, IP address, and similar technical data may be collected through standard web server logs.
  • Blockchain Data: All transactions conducted through the Platform are recorded on public blockchains. This data is inherently public and immutable.

  • Private keys or seed phrases

  • Personal financial data beyond publicly visible blockchain transactions

8. Blockchain Data Is Public

Transactions conducted through the Platform are recorded on public blockchains. This data is permanently recorded and immutable, publicly visible to anyone, and not within our control to modify or delete.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the public nature of blockchain transactions.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us. Note that blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted.
